BLUE POINT SUNSET BEACH

Bali not stop offers interesting places to visit. One of the best beaches attraction worth exploring is Blue Point Beach. The beach is full of foreign tourists from around the world, such as Australia, Italy, Canada, and much more. Blue Point Beach is a paradise surfing spot for surfers. With the big waves are large, breaking the silence around the beach. Because the sea waves on the shore is quite challenging. Because of surrounded by cliffs, visitors who want to enjoy the beautiful beaches should enter the gaps are narrow cliffs which in bali is interpreted as "mesulub". Because visitors to reach the beach should be "mesulub" this beach is called Suluban Beach. The locals are also called Suluban Uluwatu by this name because is not far from the Uluwatu attraction site which has been known for its attractiveness. Foreign tourists are more familiar with the name Blue Point Beach because it is not far from the beach there is a hotel named Blue Point.

Before entering a narrow gully, we got down the stairs quite a lot. Once the tip of the bottom step, we will be presented with a view in a rock cave. If the sea water was high or very high sea waves, sea water will enter the cave.

As soon as you come out of the way "mesulub" crevices of cliffs, beautiful scenery with the pounding of the waves will welcome you on this beach. During the day the beach was invaded by foreign tourists who want to feel the sunbath of Suluban by way lay on the clean white sand. These moments were used by people around to offer massage services to foreign tourists. While for foreign tourists that not to want sunbathe, even take shelter on a cave at the shoreline while enjoying the Indian Ocean. In the late afternoon into the spot to witness the phenomenon of sunset moment. These moments were used by the photographer to hunt photos fitting the sun sink behind the horizon.

Because of these famous beaches, so many people take advantage of it by creating a restaurant or café around the beach. Do not be surprised if you visit Suluban Beach will see a lot of hotels and restaurants built right on top of cliffs around this beach. While enjoying the cuisine, we can see the beauty of the sea while waiting for sunset phenomenon with people we care about.


How to Get There
Suluban Beach or Blue Point Beach is located on Suluban Street, Pecatu Village, South Kuta of Badung. From Denpasar takes about 31 km or approximately 67 minutes by car. Pura Luhur Uluwatu is only 3 km away, while Labuan Sait Beach (Padang Padang Beach) is only 2.2 km. If you come from Ngurah Rai only requires a travel time of approximately 49 minutes or a distance of 22.7 km.

The route to Blue Point Beach from Ngurah Rai Airport is as follows. From Ngurah Rai Airport navigate to Jimbaran through By Pass I Gusti Ngurah Rai, having reached the intersection of Jimbaran (Jimbaran KFC) turn right into Jalan Uluwatu. Follow the road until past the Udayana University campus and Culture Park (GWK). The right junction in front of the head office of Pecatu village turns right onto the ramp Labuan Sait. Labuan Sait is still on the road you will find the area attractions Padang-Padang beach (Labuan Sait), and from here straight again until the end of the road will meet a T-junction. At the end of the road, Padang-Padang turns right onto the ramp Suluban up to the parking area.

For another alternative way to Suluban we can go along Jalan Uluwatu. Just before entering the gate area of Uluwatu, there are three-junction then turn right onto Suluban up to the parking area. The alternative path is easier to access Suluban but requires a fairly long time.
